(Operations Director) served his apprenticeship as an electrician and as a millwright at Iscor Vanderbijlpark (Mittal Steel). During his time at Iscor he gained extensive knowledge in the electrical and mechanical fields. From Iscor Indran moved to Standard Bank as a Building Maintenance Supervisor, his role here was to oversee the contractors and inspect work done. The pinnacle of his career came in 2014 when he was appointed as Facilities Manager of the O R Tambo Precinct in Wattville. Besides Indran’s extensive hands on experience that he has gained over the years he has continued with his studies:

She is part of our team, has been admitted Golden Key Honour Society and has extensive experience in quantity surveying, project and facilities management within various projects ranging in value from R1m to R400m.
She has obtained the following qualifications:
- BSc Quantity Surveying
- BComm Business Finance and Economics
- MSc Real Estate
She is a member of a number of professional associations which include the Professional Quantity Surveyor, the Professional Associated Valuer, the South African Council of Quantity Surveyors, and the South African Council of Property Valuers.
He is another key member of our team. He has experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Management Consultant and Project manager. In his capacity as a Management Consultant he has worked on projects dealing with performance management, organizational design, strategy review and design, process mapping, business planning and contract management.
As a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager he has worked on a number of sizeable and important construction projects. The key skills utilised in quantity surveying are contract management (including sub contractors), finalising specifications, budget preparation and management, valuation/approval of supplier payments, management of suppliers and agreement on contract sign off (including final account payments), as well as the management of an entire construction professional team.
He is part of our development programme. Over the years he has gained knowledge in the painting, ceilings and partitions field. He also has extensive knowledge in the plumbing sector. It is our goal for him to develop into a qualified plumber over the next two years so that he can form part of our skilled personnel.
